bought a 2016 Chevy duramax 3500 for $30,000.00 1 month ago and has had everything that could go wrong with this truck has went wrong. Now it needs head gasket and a rear end and they have turned me away for service after telling me what’s weomg with. Now head gaskets will cost $5,000.00-$8,000.00 Rear, another $5000.00 These people are thief’s, they should have never had this truck on the lot with all these problems. Had to re title and plate a brand new car at my own expense as they did it wrong a d refused to kake it right and we won't talk about a promised signed purchase agreement means nothing the one sent to your bank will not match the price you pay told make it right they did not

Broke my lug nut stud and made me pay 200 dollars. Customer stated maybe the mechanic was over zealous with the power tool. GM Brian S stated that they don't use power tools when removing lug nuts. What a joke.

I went to the dealership and they were very helpful and Logan Murphy was so helpful. I really enjoyed his help he was really nice. He did a very excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle. He was so helpful and got me into a nice vehicle.

Purchased used 4 runner 6/2023 It took 1 week and many calls to get help with a shimmy. Arrived at service appointment and they didn’t have me on schedule. It took multiple calls to get an oil change appointment for 2 weeks away. At the appointment I didn’t get a free oil change offered at time of purchase, advised a$500 maintenance, and one brake was at 2. The oil leaked on my garage floor because the drain was loose. After months of dodging warranty work the only way to obtain a response was through GM customer care. They informed for the first time, after 7 months of a limping transmission, that they wouldnt do the work and told me to go to a different dealership. Horrendous shop service and ham handed compliance tactics from the front end. They attempted to bully both my wife and I on the matter and are attempting to shuck responsibility now that we have persisted. Do not shop here. I will never again and will tell all others who will listen the same.

Logan and his team were AMAZING! They were patient and kind, helped me every step of the way. On my end there were bumps in the road but they made it work and I ended up with a vehicle! I couldn’t be happier with Iron Trail Motors.

Bought a used vehicle for 12000. The very next day... The transmission was shot, the power steering hose needed to be replaced, the battery had to be replaced, wheel bearings needed replacing, dangerous to drive on slippery roads, swerves right to left......and on and on. They told me I could trade it back in but I would have lost $10,000. All this happened the next day or 2 months.

I would definitely recommend working with Krista Powell at Iron Trail. She gave me a great offer when selling my used vehicle.

Absolute joke of a shop and support staff. My parents just bought a used truck (less than 90K miles) out of this dealership. not even 500 miles on it and the upper oil pan is leaking. The dealership denied it was leaking several times, giving them the run around for over a month. Finally admitted it was the oil pan, blamed my dad, and tried to charge $1000 to fix it with half the warranty other shops give. The truck is still not fixed. They should have checked the reviews before they went here. It will not happen again.

After looking at a vehicle 3x in a week, I come to start financing and paperwork. Another salesman comes and grabs the keys and takes it to let another couple look at it. My salesperson comes and tells me they were supposed to have "saved this vehicle" for that couple. After I've looked at it and am ready to buy it. No one came back to further explain the situation and there was no follow up call today! I would never give this place my business and would discourage everyone I know to not buy from them. ...

The first review, after experiencing unfavorable results, was written before we worked out an amicable outcome with the Sales Manager, Ken. This dealership is very lucky to have someone of his knowledge and character. We were pleased after a deal had been worked out.

Our salesperson, Mike was so helpful, not pushy, but understood we wanted the deal done. He showed us all comparisons, the benefits of the truck we liked and basically helped us makes a decision. We trusted him.

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to purchase my car at Iron Trail Motors. Robbie was a great salesman, as fair as anyone could be. We purchased our car and traded in our old car. I would highly recommend purchasing either a new or used car at Iron Trail.

We love the 2019 Chevy Colorado we just purchased BUT the salesperson, was very inexperienced, though very nice. We had to keep calling to find out if our truck was ready as had ordered a few accessories. We contacted one of the managers which seemed to help. Have never dealt with this particular dealership and definitely won’t again.

My husband and I bought a Rav4 Adventure in August, 2019. We were very pleased with our salesperson and the process of our purchase. We were given a good price on our trade-in and are very pleased with our new vehicle. I will visit this dealership when looking to trade in a few years.

I purchased my used VW Beetle TDI from Iron Trail Motors. While negotiating the purchase, Iron Trail agreed to have the front bumper repaired. I waited to see if the repair was made before writing this review. Sure enough, the appointment to bring my Beetle to the body shop came and after a week, the bumper was repaired. I bought a vehicle through Virginia. The salesperson I dealt with was very nice, but clearly inexperienced. We were told our vehicle was ready to be picked up. When we got there my vehicle wasn’t even there. We waited hours then Once it did arrive, it was not prepared at all. Car needed a Wash, gas, didn’t have the repairs and accessories we had discussed previously. I was so frustrated I almost cancelled the sale.

Oil change/rotation/checkup on 2018 Equonox took over 2 hours with an appointment. Concern over wiper blade not addressed. Facilities were very poor. Had to go to next building for rest room. Would not recommend service department to anyone.

I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff and crew were very professional and polite. Even though the last person (not Iron Trail) to change the oil filter had put it on too tight, the crew worked hard and got the job done. I am very thankful for the efforts of all.
